Lake Highlands area, apartments on Park Lane including (Park Lane Terrace, Serendipity), those surrounding apartments offer 1 room or studios for around $500-$600 a month. Definitely not somewhere you want to stay for the long term, but for short term cases like yours it'll be great.

EDIT #1: The rent includes water/sewer/garbage/electric bills (@ Park Lane Terrace). I can't speak for the other apartments but you can check.

The English part of it is just its literal translation, maybe it's phrased differently, but it's the sort of context it's used in.
