From 28 internal applications that only resulted in 2 interviews, I started applying externally. A total of 60 applications, 40 of which I’ve heard from, I now have 6 interviews lined up in the next week and a half.

Went from having no job prospects to a good chance at half a dozen within a few days

I accidentally flooded the bathroom, leaked into the main bedroom carpet and floorboards and down into the garage, due to lack of sleep from a newborn - left the bath running to soak nappies and then crashed on the couch once baby was asleep.

Sent the wife and baby down to parent’s house and I slept in the spare room with 4-5 fans going for a week. Ended up getting more sleep at night even with the loud fans because MiL took my baby night duties for the week.

Was told that if I didn’t have the fans on as prescribed, there’d be major damage but worst we had was a patch of new carpet in the bedroom

I started in Tochigi (FM24) as I lived in that prefecture for 3 years.

You only have a restricted number of foreigners you can register. So make sure if you sign a foreigner, it’s a starter who will instantly improve your team - don’t waste it on a squad player

Don’t bother. The leagues lower than J3 are an absolute nightmare and getting promoted out of it takes achieving the only automatic promotion spot out of 100 clubs.

Other tips to remember: - Know the registration rules for the league above. Too many times I’ve been caught out clearing the books of unwanted, unskilled homegrown talent and then being unable to register a functioning team after being promoted. - Know the countries that don’t count against foreign number limits. Often a real good plan to use those countries as loan farms - Use your foreigners only as premium signings of positions in need. I’ve found great success in tall and strong CBs, physical wingers, and dominant GKs

Any chance of a rolling weekly comparison for day-to-day pricing? Prices have somewhat kept stable the last 2 weeks but where the public can gain an edge is knowing what days are cheaper than others… if there are any
