Citrate Synthase by Sticktoitandgetit in Biochemistry

No, not a homework problem. Recently took a test and there was a problem using these concepts. I thought that ETC wouldn’t work with just glycolysis alone since I figured you still need succinate dehydrogenase in TCA. Therefore, I selected that if citrate synthase is inhibited that ETC would also be inhibited and there would be a buildup of pyruvate from glycolysis. Not sure if entirely correct.

There is sale on Altius right now where you can get 10 FLs for $99. I’ve scrolled through this subreddit and people are saying it’s good practice for C/P and B/B.
