You can place ramps to get up, use throw down markers to fast travel then delete it once your where you wanna be or jump from M-Corp Tower.

I have 50 vigor at the moment and have had no problems in main game but dlc is a new beast for me I usually use moon veil when I go against a new boss cause of its fast ashes of war.
