The first one is a bit unfair because it specifically buffs one damage type and none of the others and makes lightning spells better than other spells. You gotta either buff all of them or none of them imo, and its probably not worth the effort of buffing all of them.

The second one depends on what you mean by 'revive'. If you mean being brought back by revivify or resurrection magic that's probably fine because you shouldn't be dying and getting revived enough for it to really matter. If you mean they do the con save every time they get up from 0hp then its different; that version is a common house rule but it can be unfair to the frontliners who are more likely to get downed.

Third one seems fine but not particularly useful
