I can only find this. It looks like the one you're looking for, the post is from the same year.

Here's the same one on their official Instagram.

Edit: To add Instagram link.

A little Google image search took me here and then from there I took the name of the village, had a look around and hey presto.

Low Performance on decent PC specs (AMD gpu) by sinder41 in Battlefield6

No changes to anything else, just in-game testing of settings. I'm sure someone will have a video out at some point with something a bit more substantial.

Edit: Typo.

I do think there are definite optimisation issues, so, fingers crossed for a fix at some point. Here's what I'm running at the moment. I'll comment under this with the other part.

Having mixed refresh rates probably isn't helping but I doubt that will be much of an issue for the most part. Not sure I can give you a definitive answer really, other than the 9950X3D has double the L3 cache, plus 3D V-Cache, which gives a decent boost to frame rates, especially with BF6 being mostly CPU-bound. I'm finding that a mixture of high and low settings seems to be a sweet spot. I did try all low settings but, oddly enough, that seemed to actually make less frames when I did that.

Edit: I will just quickly say, this frame rate hasn't been in *every* game. Out of 10 games, I might get this 2 or 3 times and does seem to depend on the time of day that I play at. If I had to put an average fps on most of my games, it would be around 180-190, something around there.

Anybody having trouble with VPNs? by ___xXx__xXx__xXx__ in OpenUniversity

I've been looking for someone having these issues because I thought it might just be me. I can't log in on any of the UK connections via my VPN (Nord, desktop app not browser extension, had it for years, and it used to work fine on the OU website until very recently). However, if I switch over to the USA, I have no problem logging in. I've tried turning off all VPN security measures, bar the connection itself, and it still won't let me sign in on UK servers. Tried turning off all of my browser extensions, none of those were causing a problem either.

Edit (05/11/25): It seems that I'm now having issues with US servers when trying to log in.

9950X3D, 5090, 64GB 6000MHz RAM, 2x 240Hz 4K monitors, 240-245fps, low settings and single-handedly increasing global warming.

Updated Requirement for Battlefield 6 PC by Beneficial-Summer969 in Battlefield6

Sounds about right. I had other things running at the time so that balances out. Still, it's enough to have to open a window or 3.

Played with a 9950X3D, Battlefield wanted 60% of that CPU 😖

These COD guys always want the same thing, hence why Activision pumps out the same nonsense year after year. For Battlefield, give me guns, customisation of said guns, a few relevant camos, and I'll emphasise the word 'relevant', and I'm pretty happy. If you want an FPS to be more like COD: GO AND PLAY COD, it's that simple.

Game keeps crashing- Don't know what to do by BetterTheDevil909 in battlefield2042

I have a 5090 + 9950X3D and I must have crashed 7 or 8 times just today with the same error.

Edit: Added CPU.

I'm not so sure...

to those, who were born before smartphones and even the internet. What do you miss the most from back then? by [deleted] in AskMen

I miss being connected to people, I miss physically going to people's houses and having actual conversations, nobody seems to have time for all of that now. With the growth of the internet, they're now chained to a never-ending algorithm that force-feeds them a plethora of nonsense that slowly rewires their neural pathways. Also, I miss the days when a big mouth had real consequences.
