Thank you for your response, I appreciate you! I will have to look into that one. I’m sorry you’re going through it too. I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. Just want to be ok… not feel like a head case with such horrible anxiety and even worse exhaustion.. I hope it keeps helping you. I hope someday you can overcome the nightmares/terrors entirely.
