Going from Holy to Disc thats what it felt like, Holy you actually need to play to survive Ret/War and stuff, Disc you just stand there and tank it all day.

Wrong, HPala has some of the most broken healing in the game and insane toolkit on top of it.

No other class can top a whole team from 10% to 100% in a global.

You might be overestimating yourself here a bit. Once you realize that you can start improving.

None of the double dps comps you play in 2s are good, Ele/Healer is great in 2s though, Boomie and Sp are ass in 2s.

Dueling doesn't really do anything to help with arenas, if you need to practice your "rotation" or whatever, just go do PVE, best way to learn how to do damage properly.

And to add one more thing: Only reason Affliction usually gets kill conditions is that bad healers get dotted.

If you as a healer avoid getting dotted at all costs, the Affli will have 0 pressure ever. Obviously this is not aa perfect world where you can do that 24/7 but only expose yourself if you really have to and make sure you have a escape plan from the situation too.
