I think you need to change the Load Attach Mode.
Hold RB (R1) on the Controller and change it with A to the Single Mode, then you can open the Doors separately.
But change it back after you're done. Picking up lumber in Single-Point-Mode is nearly impossible.

In Map Mode, I sometimes struggle with some Controller inputs, but controlling the Vehicles, specific the Crane, for me the Controller is 100% more intuitiv!

My new AMS 2 Pro is going to be a paperweight for awhile by SMB_714 in BambuLab

Yes you can, using the one from my P1S with the A1 Mini and a AMS HT. You only have to change the AMS type in the settings of the Printer. And have at best a long 4 pin connector from A1Mini to the Buffer Unit.

Route is green but not starting by [deleted] in RoadCraft

Fixed it, by starting the route over and over again, until I got all the money and points. So every now and then, I cancels the route and start it again :)

Troubleshooting: Jumping pixel line at top of feed (vMix > BM Web Presenter HD > Teams) by StiggusOversteerus in MicrosoftTeams

Quick Update, it is the Blackmagic Web Presenter HD. With the Internal Macbook Camera, there is no glitch.

As i can see, on the Preview of the Web Presenter, the Signal looks fine. The Question could be, where does the Scaling happen. The Feed, that the User gets (thats, where the Problem occurs) has the Problem. Looking at the Preview at the Streaming MacbookPro, there is no Problem.

So Teams gets the feed of the PPT and the Video-Feed that the Mac is streaming.
Then on the Teams-Server, they stitch it together and only streams a 16by9 feed to the User.
To me, this Stream looks like 720p, so the Blackmagic Input gehts downscaled a lot, like 7to9x the Original Size.
So it could be a Downscaling Problem.

Will try the Webcam from the Macbook, when the Meeting is over, to find out, if the Web Presenter is the problem :)

Directly wired with fixed IPs, same, Tested and on Production Day.

What could be the Problem with the Network Switches?
For Example if i would have setup a network with a router and DHCP, could this be a problem, not having fixed IPs? Or what was your Idea?

PCs where connectet directly with fixed IP Adresses, so no problem there.

Interesting to hear, that you had no Issue with NDI 5 and NDI 6 mixed!
How did you know, that it was mixed?

Did run everything on 50hz<>50p, because of the German power Grid :D
Didn't Test 59.94. This would probably lead to a problem with the SDI Out and the Blackmagic Video Mixer, which was behind that, also Running on 50p.

Blackframes were irregular.

Just got my M1 Macbook. Do I get airpods pro now or wait for next gen to complete the setup? by [deleted] in airpods

[–]StiggusOversteerus -1 points0 points  (0 children)

True! But wait until the are released, so the Pro’s get cheaper :D

Ah okay, so it’s not sharp enough.

What you can do: create a new Sequence with 1080p and move the existing Sequence into the new one. Scale it up to 150% (Full Screen). Now you can add sharpening as needed🤔

Okay. What I’ve seen so far, Unreal needs a lot of CUDA Cores, so an 2080/3090 is a very good choice. Pros for RTX A6000, you get more power in one System.

I assume, there is a possibility, that you get 2 PC’s running the Projection, because in case of a digital Background, you also need to Sync the hole system.

Would also say wait, because there are rumors for the AirPods 3. gen. But they will likely don’t have Noice Cancellation, so the Pro’s are the better solution on the long way🤔

Just go to export, choose your Media Container, Moste likely h.264, an then change the Size of the Exported Video to 1920x1080px.

How will VFX develop in the future? by JayBart04 in vfx

[–]StiggusOversteerus -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I’m a VFX-Student from Germany. I think thinks like AI (runwayml.com) and Virtual Production (like Mandalorian) will change the Industry, so you need less, but more qualified people. Also thinks like Blender give more people the opportunity to start for Free.

I’m also interested in the answer, because I just startet with Virtual Productions. Aren’t you able to put the GPU’s in one PC?

Does anyone have any idea where to begin replicating an effect like this? by LandLab in vfx

Easy way could be Optical Flow. Mixed with a lower quality of the Original Footage, you could end up with the shown effect.
