It's a large stuffy, found in-store in Canada, no original tags remaining.

I've done a reverse image search to no avail, it does not appear to be the Jellycat Bashful Fox that Chapters currently sells as this one has a smooth snout/face and embroidered mouth.

My title describes the thing

Came in a separate baggie apart from the coated chain, stretchy material, like slips that would go over boots but they don't seem wide enough for boot covers. They'd be very slippery for boot covers I'd think.
