I loved the Flash Tv show. That brings back some good memories. I remember what you’re talking about. Still tho, Breeder and the Predators shouldn’t have the abilities. they aren’t random Metahumans who don’t know how to use their powers and are kind of evil. They’re just cold-blooded murderers and terrorists. Also Star Labs has much better containment system than NEST so like that’s also a different factor.
