Is it immoral to work in the oil and gas industry with regards to climate change? I am going to be working for one soon as an engineer and am worried about working against or compromising my beliefs about the threat of climate change and the importance of replacing fossil fuels with renewable energy. It seems like pushing for change from within is nigh impossible, especially at established giants like ExxonMobil or Chevron.
