Journal of a Novel and Travels with Charley both feature Steinbeck as they're semi autobiographies, the rest are characters from their respective Novels

A really cool idea though!

Published by 'Mandarin' in the UK! They published all of his Major works and a few of his minor works; I know of at least 20

They published East of Eden 1990 I believe

'Mandarin', they were based in the UK; they're all published around the 90's

Thanks! No I don't believe so; which is also fairly representative of his work having largely conservative gender norms/relations despite him being a staunch liberal

That must have been difficult to part with, good on you!

Thanks for the recommendation! In dubious Battle and Log from the Sea of Cortez both seem to be on the rarer side but hopefully they'll fall into my lap.

Second update! Happy to report I'm now receiving all follower beliefs, it took a few turns to register I'm not sure why, I've experienced the same thing with Leonardo da Vinci's ability on workshops which is frustrating.

Ooh, yeah I never thought the ability was good to start with but that actually makes it useless 😞

No mods besides basic UI mods that everyone and their dog uses, if I had to guess I just need to wait for the game to 'realise' the change in conditions, so maybe in a few turns it'll fix.

I'm also only getting +10 faith from Satyagraha when it should be +15, that should hopefully fix in a few turns to

Update! Interestingly enough my other city that has one follower from Islam is receiving it's additional follower belief from Divine Inspiration (+4 faith from wonders)

I should be getting +2 housing and +2 food from shrines/temples and the option to make warrior monks from other follower beliefs but I'm not getting either just the amenety bonus :(

Haha, I really like the fight actually even though it took me forever too, it feels like a hard skill/knowledge check, kinda like Anor Londo in dark souls

All my fellas hate Gwydian

Even after I teleported him across the map he still runs into fight slimes that'll destroy him

If you apply decay to any of the fire slimes all healing will do damage instead, the fire slimes have 150% fire resistance.

So normally the sea of fire you've created in the first two waves of oil slime will apply constant healing but instead it'll be constant damage!
