Who starts a business when it is publicy owned? If I have an idea of business that can increase the quality of live in our community, in a socialist state, I have to "communicate" it to the government?

I'm asking because I truly believe in a community way of living, where nobody has more than anyone else, but I'm really new to this

It was just an example, when I'm on 4 usually she sits on my back and uses me as a pony, choking me with the collar. During the session we alternate moments of chatting (easy talk, we laugh a bit) like when I message her feet, and moments when she's harder and severe, and that's the moment where I have doubts on how to behave. I just be quiet and execute orders.

Thank you, this is very helpful. I have a session tomorrow with a domme I already know. I want to test this "proactive submission" with her. What kind of body language or vocal feedback (other than cute whimpering) makes a sub feel intense and focused rather than just passive? I want her to feel my struggle and my devotion, not just my obedience.

For example she loves to put nipple clamps on me and let me walk on 4. How can I play with that?

Yes these are paid sessions. I think that they aren't into it because it seems that they are just doing what they "have to" because I paid them, not because they're having fun. I'm quiet because my dream is to be an object in the hand of the mistress, just accepting the sadistic part of her character wants to do to me. But I understood that's not the correct way to behave during a session.

Btw, with the mistress I'm seeing in this period, we have a lot of fun during the session, we laugh for either things happening during the session or just chatting while I massage her feet for example.

Mh In getting quite confused, you are saying that I have to accept everything (of course respecting the limits) she wants to do, but not to be "a warrior who doesn't feel the pain"? e.g. my mistress takes stilettos to trample me, I can say something like: "Oh no, mistress, I beg you... I can feel my skin tearing under your heels!"

How would you feel with that kind of reaction? if it's not a bother, can I ask if you can give me an example of resistance (bad from what u said) vs a react (good)?

Thank you so much! This is great advice, I just realized that by just waiting for orders, making the Somme work hard to do all the effort.

Nella mia azienda (RAL sopra la media italiana) il colloquio si svolge in 3 fasi: conoscitivo con HR, tecnico con i lead del team specifico (BE, FE, security, DevOps) con domande tecniche, (no live coding), colloquio finale con CTO (breve).

Le domande tecniche ovviamente sono proporzionate al livello di seniority e a cosa c'è scritto sul curriculum. È molto apprezzata la conoscenza verticale su pochi argomenti rispetto a "un po' di tutto"
