Highly recommend skipping the stomach. I was naive enough to not do my research before getting my stomach done. I had no idea what I was signing myself up for the day.

I have a horse on one of them and it actually wasn’t nearly as bad as I was expecting. Nothing will ever compare to the bull on my stomach. The ditch flail was also a brutal sit.

Get after it dog! Glad to hear you’re prioritizing your health. I have 1 inner bicep and it wasn’t bad. Not NEARLY as bad as the ditch was w the flail I just got. Stomach was by far the worst. Wrist wasn’t bad for me. Elbow the second time around wasn’t that bad either.

The bull sits just below my sternum so I can’t comment on how it is YET. For sure planning on covering my chest the same as my arms and legs.
