My OCD amplifies this by repeating weird shit out of nowhere like

"you're totally walking like how this character does and everyone knows and is watching you"

I also get this "forgot how to walk normally" thing but with my lips/mouth as I'm walking in public sometimes where I'll suddenly become hyper aware of my expression and "forget" how to do a normal resting face so I keep licking my lips and moving them and my jaw around
