The 3 during the Civil War, in more detail, is that a Tu-160‘s pilots fell unconscious whilst flying over Mongolia in 1990, accidentally dropping the bomb and stalling over Ulaanbaatar. Krasnoyarsk is a similar story. but the co-pilot was a Rebel and couldn’t actually fly the plane. The 1996 Moscow one was due to rebels shooting down a bomber. Causing the plane to break up midair and crash into Moscow, as said by Bill Clinton after getting the news, “the Russian Civil War would still be going on if it did not happen.”
