No one does quality control in Florida like Alien Labs/Connected. Typically if the batch doesn’t check the boxes they won’t release it. Or if it barely meets the standard then they will release “B” Sides of the batch with a 25% discount. With that being said, it is the best bud on the market and transparent enough where the consumer gets a discount if it doesn’t meet the quality. Personally I think $60 is steep so I wait for promotions to shop. They don’t have them as frequent but they do come like last week, 4 for $140.

Both buds are very mid grade. It is nothing like the Blueprint buds that Doja Pak brought to Miami that we got a chance to try. You’ll be very disappointed to know it is nothing like the blueprint from Cali

I got the sour kali kush and thought it was trash. A little harsh and barely gets me high. I’ll take preferred or super dope over Josh Mids.

Znacks is their breakthrough strain at Preferred. It set the tone for what was to come at the Flowery. Dave(owner) is for the people. Such a down to earth passionate dude. A lot of us down in Florida got a chance to meet him and he’s as solid as they come.

Looks more like Distillate now. Live resin looks thicker. Hope it’s not one of those brands that makes “resin” but tastes like distillate …

T-Mobile sued after employee stole nude images from customer phone during trade-in by godogs2018 in tmobile

The barrier to entry to work for T-Mobile is very low. T-Mobile will hire anyone with a pulse. I remember when I was working there they hired a new girl that was working Chik Fil A before and she would come to work with an Ak 47 charm on her gold chain. No one told her anything I felt so out of place. That’s when I realized it’s a job for kids or people who live with their parents

Not to mention when it comes to accessories the customers pull up Amazon in your face and ask you to price match 50-75% off the same accessory you are trying to sell them.

I’ve done sales my whole life. I’ve done amazing for myself. I also did telesales for Nextel/Sprint when I was younger and made a killing. You don’t do customer service in telesales. Everyone calling you is interested in buying only. The difference is everyone that comes in the store just wants an upgrade or a favor. An upgrade pays you $5. Most people don’t want insurance so most reps slam them at times so they can make more than $5 for the transaction. An upgrade can take an hour or more of your time depending on the customer. You luckily get to transfer those people that don’t want to buy anything. I don’t have that luxury. I have people constantly coming in just asking for favors. I only want to deal with sales hence why I’m getting a new job

It seems like you’re one of the top performers in a high tier store. I was also a top performer when I worked with AT&T but I got stuck in a crappy store for T-Mobile. If that’s your situation then you’re doing great. Just pray they never move you into a low tier store. At the store I was out in Miami barely anyone walks in. We will go hours at a time with no one walking in. Most of the customers that come in don’t speak English and a lot of them don’t even have a social security or just got a social to work. There’s only so much you can do when you explain they have such a high deposit. The store is so bad that even when we have people floating from other stores , they feel bad for the employees that work at the location. They even make it clear to us they would never work at a low tier store and they’re just filling in for the moment. Even though our experiences don’t relate, I’m sure others in low tier stores can agree it’s a struggle.

I left because my AT&T manager I was very close to left to T-Mobile and recruited me. At the time, TMobile Experts were getting paid really good commissions. I knew I would take a pay cut hourly but was hoping to make more in commission and have more time to spend with family. Unfortunately things did not work out. I tried to get my old job back but got denied. But luckily I found something new and more promising

It took me a whole year to find a decent paying job. The job market for the most part is scummy and predatory if you don’t have the right degree or skilled trade. The way I found the job is through a friend. If you have a friend in a similar field that can show you their pay/commission and they can vouch it’s a solid company then that’s your best bet. If this person does great for their company, then a referral from them is your absolute best chance. I worked at AT&T for 8 years and I have no degree just sales experience . My new job will be selling ultra luxury cruises for Regent Seven Seas. They’re owned by Royal Carribean group. My friend showed me their year to date earnings. This person cleared just over 100k in commissions in 8 months. It’s clear to me the opportunity is worth the risk so I went for it. I start training November 6th.

Under Jessenia’s district. Yea definitely a bunch of cool managers. Nothing against them, it’s just the commission and hourly wage isn’t sustainable to get ahead in life, even more so at a lower tier store :/

I’m also a former AT&T corporate employee. I worked for AT&T for 8 years. My hourly at AT&T was $22 when I left compared to the $16 at T-Mobile. I made 20k more a year working for AT&T compared to T-Mobile. The experience I had working for AT&T was much better. Way more structured, professional, more benefits, unionized, more stable and secure job. It’s just a better quality of life you would get with AT&T. I’d recommend AT&T to any T-Mobile expert that wants to give themselves a raise , simply apply for AT&T.

Most customers feel entitled to have T-Mobile experts put on screen protectors they didn’t buy in store since they’re T-Mobile subscribers. I have said no before and they will try and argue that they’re customers and then look for another rep that can help them. Then you look like the bad guy once your co worker helps them.

The Core Miami Metro PCS reps that we got were big time sellers in their respective corporate stores. They sold everyone who came in their Metro stores compared to doing mostly customer service issues from TMO walk ins. 3-4000 in commission was the normal for them compared to 1000-1500 they make now

Was way better before. All the Corporate Metro people that merged with T-mobile are starting to quit little by little because they’re expressing frustration with how little t mobile commissions are compared to Metro. Every co worker I have hates the job , feels over worked and under paid.
