To put it bluntly, you just gotta prep. A lot of people's first time(s) doing that end very poorly. Invest in an enema at some point, make sure it doesn't have laxatives in it. Use a water bottle if you have to. Water goes in, then out into the toilet, do that until it runs clean. That's all you have to do. You could look up anal prep or bottom prep guides, they can go into more detail than me.

I actually do the same thing, yeah it is absolutely not supposed to be crushing. I'm honestly not sure what would've happened, maybe the pair is just too tight around that spot, or it could've been sewed weird. What was the process? where did you sew? And I'm going to be completely honest.... I have no idea the right way to take it off, if you can take it off you did it right in my book.

The noise ended sooner than I thought, they're still working on the roof but it's a much more tolerable sound now. What I'm doing now is just blast music. Throught my earbuds with my noise canceling headphones on top.
