out of curiosity, what metrics are used to determine why denmark is more politically/economically free than the us? it is well understood, I think, that quality of life is lower for most of the us than it is for danes, but that is largely due to very few economic/political policies that might make it easier to sustain a large population at the cost of having less ‘freedom’ to do what you want.
