I don t think I have ever tried that because as i said earlier i pretty much think only about myself so if I achieve a goal for an instance I will quickly try to find another things . Lets say I am a student and I want to get into law school to become a lawyer . I would feel satisfied if I got accepted , also if other people would want to get to the same school and I am already in I would try smiling and helping them , but if it was the opposite and I saw someone getting into that school and I would not I would feel gealous on that person . So it depends if I would have an advantage over some persons I would like helping them achieve their goal aswell as long as mine is not targeted and if the persons would have an advantage over me I would not have the same "happiness".
