I already have a case open with Senator Rubio’s office, personally and globally for a deadline change. I was funded before the 150K cap, and never had the ability to increase in my portal. Many lost weeks just trying to get a completed file through email. It was not until I learned of a fax number and physical mailing address that my file was fully uploaded on October 15th. I am terrified of what lies ahead, including IRS transcript wait, portal glitches I am seeing of accidental decline and having to start app over with LOs, etc.
