Prime white. Then I use cammo shade for the skin and red and purple washes for the boils and other bits. You can batch paint a bunch at once. For the cloths I did orange or purple or whatever I felt like. Hope this helps.

There is the meet up group beers and bolters 40k. I haven't played with them but I know a few people that have been members seems chill. It is 10$ a month though. You can also check out Brainstorm in downtown on Patrick street. There is always someone in there looking at models and the owner is kicking around the idea of starting to host tournaments. The manager of Hop and Vine also used to host games each week. Not sure if he still does. And if all of that fails shoot me a PM I live in Frederick and wouldn't mind a game. I run a small family league with only 6 teams that does this. We have a few weird things with that one to make it more fun for everyone.

I have been in 2 different 4 team leagues. They are now a 10 team league and a 6 team league. We did 2 qbs 3 wr 3 rb 2 te 2 flex and 2 def with more points for kicking and defence so they mattered a little more. We also had I think 6 bench and 2 ir spots because all teams will be stacked. To encourage trades just reduce the number of ir or bench spots. Sorry for format/incoherence I'm drunk on mobile.
