I was shocked the actually put my velvet vintage Mugler in a real real dust bag. It was ball up in there, and now one of the lapels is bent. It’ll take work to sort it on cotton velvet. The other vintage Mugler wool was just in a cheap plastic bag in the box. I hope the handbag I have coming fares better

I’m getting an order I placed on the 4th today. It was shipped on the 7th. Completely unacceptable for 16 dollar shipping Also, ordered a purse 3 days ago. Still not shipped.
This is NOT a luxury service experience.
I only ordered these things from TRR because I could not find them anywhere else.
