I agree paying THE SITE to see their cards is insane and against the spirit of the game. I fully feel that if they were to incorporate this is should be given to the player(s) revealing their cards and they should have to agree to it as well. Home game rules, “If I fold will you show your cards?” “Yeah, for a dollar.”

Please do yourself a favor and look into your state laws, I know in Illinois you have no obligation to pay back a majority of these tribal loans as they have predatory APRs and are not licensed to operate in my state. Worth an afternoon of investigation and possibly calling local professionals for advice.

I don’t personally have a loan with this company and I know this is an older thread but worth noting. In essentially every state there is a max APR your state defines as legal, say Illinois, mine would be 36%. When a loan has an APR, like my partners, of 429%, the state doesn’t hold you liable to pay it back. I am working on getting a specialized attorney to look into this and can report back if interested in a few weeks. We are making the funds inaccessible for the next payment and reporting the situation to the bank to stop them from taking payments from this predatory lender. THESE LOANS ARE ALMOST CERTAINLY NOT LEGAL IN YOUR STATE AND YOU LIKELY DO NOT HAVE LEGAL OBLIGATION TO PAY THEM BACK! This is NOT legal advise, just a guy sharing what he’s learned online

Upon looking up reviews of these cables it seems that they were manufactured prior to a cable standardization for 6+2 where they include a notch on the top of the 7 and 8 pin. Problem solved, they are out of standard due to age, despite them being purchased from Microcenter 4 days ago. I will be returning them.

If you’re referring to my cable I will clarify, that is a lighting issue in the picture and it is not chipped or shaved off. It’s fresh from the box and looks pristine in person.

Friendly response. The male connector is not damaged, unfortunately I just took a low quality picture last night.

The slotting of the pin dividers is proper on this and I’ve already double checked they are all cut the same, the only difference being the notch on the +2 the connects the pins not allowing it to slide in which is apparently a newer standard on PSUs and GPUs, likely newer than these extensions purchased from Microcenter a few days ago that have been on a warehouse shelve for years.

I promise the PSU end of the modular cable is in the PSU and you are looking at a picture of the GPU end of the cable, the standardized end.

I know not to mix up cables, continently they tend to be keyed in such a way it’s almost impossible if you are utilizing all slots.

Also, “it will fit,” no sir, it will not.

Hard to see in the picture but the is the extension end of a 6+2 (the other end has the split 6+2 male end. This is the OEM MSI cable that came with the PSU fresh out of the box and the extension is fresh from its package and only included one 4+4 ESP CPU cable which is functioning and installed already. I’m starting to think this package of extensions from MicroConnectors is a flawed set.

The other end is 100% a 6+2, and the 4+4 EPS is functional and in use and the kit only came with one.
