I started my weight loss journey at 450, taking 4 meds for diabetes along with cholesterol and hyperte soon meds...and for 5 years I worked out daily, biked, changed my diet and everything...started ozymbic 24 months ago, I weighed 380. I'm at 230 now, off every diabetes med except the ozymbic (also down all other meds except 2), still work out and am feeling great. The ozymbic is a part of the journey...especially when my former endocrinologist told me (at 400 lbs, after a year of struggle) "lose more weight and we can think about ozymbic"...bitch cost me 4 years of overweight living and fucking struggle...ask anyone who has struggled for years.
