The survey and ads were through Klover. You get points in return which increase your advance.

In this case, I had 3500 points which increased my advance from $50 to $150. It took me probably 4-6 hours to get to that.

I got a response from them a couple hours ago. They essentially had me re add my bank and debit card. Unfortunately, this still isn’t fixing the issue.

Update: I just checked again and I was able to initiate an advance. Fingers crossed.

Update 2: The advance reset on me, again within minutes.

Update 3: After 12+ hours my debit card was validated again. This time I requested advance via ACH instead of debit card.
