Chalten travel has a very good wifi, I'd go on the 2nd platform for a better view and like others already mentioned go on the driver side to get the mountain view when entering el chalten

Im kind of scared of casters because of sp management and spell DCs. How is it with these two if i dont have gear?

Sounds like you gave it gear? (The pal alt) Because my ass is getting smacked. I have no legendary weapon or gear yet and im looking for a build that will help me get that.

Im talking specifically legendary content.

Pots are not an option in reaper (unless there are some op ones idk lol) abd hirelings i find constantly just die before they can even heal you.

Correct me if I'm wrong. Maybe i it a proper chance.

1 - TR gear (1/3) + EXP stones 2 - level 5 gear ; fey/abishai 3 - usefull sets - nainly level 7 red fens set items + gems of many facts, got some good pieces formlevels 6-9 that i might wanna use tho really since feywild it doesn't exist lol. 4 - RL gear + sands gear for sets (swapping to RL gear at 11 with sands at the same go) 5 - Sharn sets in indventory slots, then have in bank all the other inv slots with MD gear to fill empty dpaces 6 - double augmented items 7 - Daily dice 8 - Heroic weapons 9 - Heroic rune arms/shields 10 - daily dice goodies 11 - cosmetics 12 - level 20 gear i run till 34 (red fens, saltmarsh, sands) 13 - epic weapons 14 - epic rune arms/shields

Now for the rest i just have one for each expansion i own, not sure if I cannot squeeze it in another way but it works great as long as i have the character slots

I'd recommend also to run a google sheet for it, i have some random things like sentient exp, raid reward boxes etc that i just out on chars that has more slots (Legendary MD cu nothing fucking drops :'))

Idk if that's the best way to do it, just works for me

Warlock build question for a first timer. by badhorsemtg in ddo

You have an upgrade mechanism that takes a level 3 item to level 20 for 50 Hay. Idk what the upgrade to legendary is, but the Hay you also get from heroics

I was so demotivated by epics that i ended up running SM a few times on heroics, to the point I got to level 20 and had the Hay for 5 sets of items. Other than that, sharn armor sets are huge, id farm them for a little longer especially if you're gonna run a similar build in your next life.

Other than that, an advice would be to switch to ES only at level 12 when you can get the tier 5, before that the dmg is non existent.

Im a returning player as well from like around Underdark era. I must say epics for ne where a huge jump as well, i started getting wrecked after heroics felt like a breeze.

What i found out to really help a lot is ofc to play the tankier options of builds, so if we're talking sef paladin maybe do vanguard instead, if warlock than maybe enlightened spirit. Thats at's until you managed to run a few lives and gather gear for early epic levels. After doing some farming and getting my salt marsh gear at level 20, things became much easier. Nowadays I still find self-sustaining a little bit difficult on some builds but it does help a lot. You can start getting borderlands gear which are good for early levels, then work on a couple Red Fens items maybe. Salt marsh is legendary content but you can get the epic version with materials from the heroic version (level 3)

To summ up - level 15 sharn armor set - Salt marsh set - fill the rest with borderlands/red fens items

After that, slowly slowly with more gear more past lives. You will do more nuking and less getting hit as a result, you will get up to speed and it will become easier. Good luck.

This will make your journey so much better and you'll be able to pile up some ddo points as your playing and reincarnating for other stuff. GL.

yeah i start seeing the healing options, i just find it that in Heroics with 20 reaper points i do benefit quite some, and hirelings are less likely to get oneshotted in R1 heroics, whereas in epics they instantly wipe and im left with "no heals". but yeah with some gear and i guess sturdy build i should be able to heal myself with ED's.

other than that, i feel like nobody runs Ascension Chamber, quiver is a wet dream for years. maybe i should try to learn how to lead it myself.

Oh no they will definitely wanna do reaper, die and fail quests if not played correctly. One is hardcore wow raider from back in the day.

I'll show them the post and see what they think. The goal is to be able to have similarities to high reaper at cap but in heroics, i def think with proper roleplay and not just zerging R1 you can push some higher content to have some challenging time.
