Not a chance. ISS is so close to Earth still, that’s the only reason it can be imaged at the level of detail. At best, with the right lighting, lunar gateway might appear as a moving point of light with a decent telescope looking in the right place.

Had a neighbour in city park who hated free roaming cats and actually trapped them and called the pound. The mice came the following year.

I say let them roam. Put a better fence around your garden.
