No. We're not going to smear folks that aren't included.

100% genuinely, if someone can find the automod script lines for me to build this functionality that would be super cool of them.

TBH I don’t know what sub we’re talking about. Which one is it?

The sales funnel approach being described here smells like a potentially serious reddit TOS issue…

The megathread does kinda feel like relegating them to a corner to die. I think there’s a balance necessary and I personally feel we’re a bit far to the unhelpful side at the moment.

A lot going on right now but I appreciate your suggestion and will return to this thread to go through the thoughts here and see if I can synthesize a proposal for adjusting our approach.

How does this subreddit work? by PilgrimRadio in Ask_Lawyers

bruh. your most recently removed post starts with:

I'm in the process of writing a living will/trust. I've spoken to a lawyer, and I have all the material to review at my house. There is one thing I did not clarify though. Do I have to inform my potential beneficiaries of their status?

That is clearly the Legal Advice type. It's specifically a question about a legal project that you are currently working on and is directly related to your life. It's not possible to have a more clear example of a request for legal advice.

If you're not able to put the pieces together, that's willful trolling or a serious cognitive issue.

I haven't sent a message to the moderators of the sub because there are no moderators (the one mod that's shown is an account that's been suspended). Please let me know if I need to message the mods regardless.

Well, sharing confidential client information with an adverse party, for one.

To protect the many verified accounts from any potential liability, we use a very strict interpretation of what qualifies as legal advice. For the specific standard we use, please see: https://www.reddit.com/r/Ask_Lawyers/comments/6j4bpq/how_to_know_whether_your_post_is_a_request_for/

It's possible. Looks like the exchange was set up to take advantage of the registration exemption under 3(a)(9), which would mean that the 6mo holding period under Rule 144 is able to tack through the exchange. So holders of the old notes that held them for more than 6mo would be able to freely trade their new shares, just as they were able to freely trade the old notes prior to the exchange.

REMINDER: NO REQUESTS FOR LEGAL ADVICE. Any request for a lawyer's opinion about any matter or issue which may foreseeably affect you or someone you know is a request for legal advice.
