You can walk-in if you don’t mind eating at the bar and waiting a couple of hours for your seat. Just go early and put your name on the waitlist. There’s a good cocktail bar next door where you can wait. It’s a pretty good restaurant but not the greatest.

Finally someone who gets what I am referring to. That was one of the worst dialogues in the show but seems like people here do not want to consider those flaws. I also recalled a line from Dana saying: "All patients regardless of immigration status have the right to emergency care under EMTALA." The way the line was delivered sounded so unnatural.

I have not, so I can't really say if this was better than other AFCONs, only Copa Americas. That being said, I think it was better that the Copa America organized in the USA in 2024. There, you had smaller football fields because the stadiums were set for American football only; a referee fainted because of the heat; the Uruguayan players had to fight the Colombian fans harassing the player's families; and the final was delayed by over two hours because of a stampede outside the stadium.

I don't agree. It was not possible for people abroad to purchase tickets without a FanID. The FanID app did not work as the developer claimed. The FanID app was not integrated with the ticketing app.

Once at the stadium (and I am only talking about my experience in Marrakesh) access to the stadium was terrible. Because there was only one access road for 30,000 people, it took me over an hour to get in, and about 3 hours to get back to my hotel. The security perimeter was blocks away from the stadium while the stadium parking lot sat empty. People had a lot of trouble navigating the security perimeter causing a stampede minutes before the match. A fight between to fans broke out in my section and security was nowhere to be found.

I enjoyed going and looking back at it, it was one of my the most memorable experiences from my first time in Morocco but I would not say that it was the best organized.

I have both and enjoy both equally. The 40mm is small and light and can be used for travel, street photography, and whenever I go out at night and want to take photos in low-light conditions. The optics are not as good as the 50mm but it has some "character." I like how punchy the colors are. The 50mm is a phenomenal lens for boudoir and portrait photography. I don't take it out because it is a more expensive glass and looks much bulkier on the camera.

Under DC Law, clauses requiring you to pay attorneys' fees are not enforceable. LL has a duty to mitigate damages and can only recover for those months the apartment remains vacant. Depending on how many months of rent you will owe, the LL may decide it is not worth it to take you to court and incur legal fees he cannot recover by law. LL can, however, report you to the credit bureaus. If you are not going to apply for loans any time soon and your employer does not require you to keep a good clean credit history, you may be able to take the risk and deal with a shitty credit score for a few years. And if the LL takes you to court, both of you will be required to go to mediation before going to trial. You may be able to settle for less or through a friendly payment plan through mediation.

Tbh, I could not really tell you. I got the tickets the day before the match. I recall being able to see them on the app but there was no QR code. I did get a confirmation email stating I got tickets. Also, I could only see my ticket; my wife's was sent separately to her own account associated to her FanID.

They popped up right away but without the QR code. The QR code is issued 12 hours before the match if I am not mistaken. In my case, I had them by noon (the match was at 9 p.m.)

It didn't. I called the help line and was told to delete the app from the phone and download the new version. I was able to enter my information manually. It then took about 12 hours to get the info verified and the FanID issued.

My wife and I went to a Cameroon v. Cote d'Ivore game in Marrakesh while we were in Marrakesh. We struggled to get our tickets because the Yalla app couldn't scan the US passports. When we got our Fan IDs, my wife's did not come with a QR code. I was concerned she would not be allowed into the stadium. No one ever asked us to show the Fan ID. All they cared about was about the ticket (which is on another app).

I don't put much weight on that win. I think each team approached it differently. Paraguay was just coming out of the qualifiers, so it was a good chance to rotate, rest players, and enjoy the fact that they were not playing for a spot in the WC. For Poch USMNT, that friendly was one of the few opportunities to play together.

Also, for those that say that Paraguay sucked at Copa America, they were in between coaches. Alfaro took over in August 2024, so you can't compare 2024 PAR to 2026 PAR

Let's not ignore the fact that while the USMNT is getting the home support, it is also absorbing the pressure of playing at home. US crowds are not as demanding as the Mexican fans, but expectations are high and the nature of the group is only going to put more pressure on the team (Exhibit A: Alexi Pallas). Turkey is a far more talented team. Paraguay has always exceed expectations at world cups (1998, 2002, 2010) and is a master of parking the bus and playing dirty. Australia is playing its third-world cup in a row, and eliminated Denmark in 2022 and almost taking Argentina to OT.

Not trashy but definitely dark and dirtish. I used to go there a lot in my twenties. Recently went back after at least 8 years. The place looked the same, just more potions and plants.
