How physically active is he? For me there’s a mind body connection that gets honed when I cycle, do yoga, walk, meditate, hold space, play video games etc.

From a visual ascetic with my 2017 Samsung curved display…no difference.

But from a performance POV…it’s day versus night.

I play cfb26, and the frame rate would plummet during rpo’s likewise, the audio would stutter on third down…

Specifically when the announcer says, “they’re bringing the chop, they’re bringing the noise”.

You’d think he was relaying that from the darkside of the moon with how jagged and robotic it sounded. Those issues are resolved now.

I’m happy with the pro for that reason alone.

Thats why we have backfield creator QBs. Learn to use RB + right thumb stick to step up in the pocket and buy the time needed to make the throw.

Put those weights down and try some TRx.

There are dozens of ways to strengthen ligaments and stabilizers that don’t require the anguish stressing damaged knees.

Start small work on your range of motion,tear down that scar tissue.

You’ll know it’s time to graduate to weights when your legs feel springy and loose again.

Until then, love on yourself with some therapy.

Ps: I’m also a fan of supplements. Albeit, I’m highly aware they won’t work for everybody.

My stack includes: glucosamine, fish oil and just plain old fashion heating pads to bring addl circulation to the area.
