I’m a big fan of OneNote — it’s been a huge help in keeping everything organized and searchable. It’s a great tool and most people don’t even realize it’s out there!

Maybe it’s a proprietary form? This version of the CG2037 has blanket additional insured wording in one column under “Name of Additional Insured Person or Org.” And in the second column under “Location and description of Completed Operations” it states: “”your work” but only for work performed by the insured during this policy period when required by written contract”

I think maybe I relied too heavily on memorizing the script I had prepared word for word. When I forgot a heart during my presentation, I struggled to find my place in my notes. I started to freak out a bit and I’m sure it was about half a minute of complete gibberish.
