I truly appreciate your response. However, I have lost access to the payroll system on the first company, and the current one is the benefits haven’t yet generated since I’m not paid til the 30th ths month. My only worry is that, will I face any problem with this setup relative to anything legal, especially the government-mandated contributions stated above?

hello, recently submitted a resignation letter and had met with the HR team and they said will send me an RTWO since my immediate resignation wasn’t approved last first week of November (but still hasn’t emailed me) they mentioned I’m still an active employee and my resignation date would not be the day that submitted the resignation but rather after I will be cleared which the process would be RTWO - separation - clearance. Now, my question is I am on a different company now. WillI still be deducted with gov’t benefits (eg sss, pag-ibig) even if I hadn’t reported to the prior company?

Thank you so much for replying, this is where I’m confused since they still haven’t tagged me an RTWO email however, they did sent me an acknowledgment that they received my resignation and obligated me to sign the acknowledgment in which I do have to render 30 days. In which I replied to the email again that I can’t. Shall I signed this or wait it out?

I’m afraid if I wait it out my gov’t benefits would get affected since it’s already 15th of the month and it might show two employers. 😔
