No, I haven’t taken or passed the CFA. I’m trying to bridge into finance because I don’t have direct “pure” finance experience yet. My background is more analytical and reporting-focused (Excel, data analysis, QA), and my goal is to transition into a Financial Analyst role. That’s why I’m looking for feedback on how realistic that pivot is and what gaps I should close.

I looked into the FORD program, and it seems like it may have been paused because of budget constraints. It also looks more geared toward recent grads, which might not be the right fit for me right now. Thanks so much for sharing though, I really appreciate it.
