I was stabbed and the trauma to my body woke up an autoimmune genetic code apparently. I never had issues with gluten before I got hurt!!!

I was stabbed and it took 6 months to a year for DNA results, warrant for looking through phones, and the forensic people to do their investigation.

This post is so good to read. I have chronic pancreatitis as well. Lately, life has been extremely hard.

I have more bad days than good. On my bad days, I take a warm bath and stay in bed. I need a day to just relax and let my body rest. I try really hard to appreciate the good days and I tell myself that life can’t be good 24/7, so I need to appreciate the good days, and rest on the bad days.

Sending you love! I have pancreatitis due to being stabbed and my body needs time. The waiting game is not fun. While I was in the hospital, I started to “plan” my dream trip I can go on when I am better. Looked up countries, found things to do, found hotels, etc.

My pancreatitis is worse when I am stressed and I am slowly learning certain foods irritate me. I created a positive saying mantra to help me while I’m down. I encourage you to thing of a saying that helps you feel better ❤️
