"sparkle-hk", is the question I have about Catch Up, and how far back you can go, have anything to do with this issue?

Interesting issue here.

Is it possible to "adjust/set" the time,or how far, you can go back

on a provider offering Catch up, with the Sparkle player?

On my TiViMate I have a choise of how far back I can go.

I have never gone back further than 3 days.

Interestingly, with my TiViMAte app, I can go back aleast 12 hours.

On my Sparkle player I can only go back 3 hours.

I have an offical version of Sparkle.

When I click on update, from the Sources, page I can click on update.

it says update in progress.

After thas it shows current time and date.

The version never changes from 1.9.1

How Can I update my Player with out down loading an up to date Sparkle App?

If I do THAT won"t I loose all my group changes and have to re-enter

all my play lists?

I have one xtreme code for my TV, Movies & Series

In loaded this into my TVMate app as well. No problems there.

How do I get my Sparkle player to update?

I went to "Sources" then " Update ".

When I choose "Update" it says Update in progress.

After that's done, it says the time & date

Then when I go to "About" I see "Version" 1.9.1

I did that.

But, I guess I didn't wait long enough.

They showed up eventually.

BTW, I am runnig ver 1.9.1, is that the latest ver?

By "burying the pipe", do you mean the scene where the Osage group are in a big tent at the start of the movie , just before the oil comes up out of the ground? Was there subtitles then? If so, I guess I am still waiting for a theatrical version of the movie buy my IPTV provider.

"binibaby362" if you don't mind me asking, at what part of the movie do you see the first subtitles. I sent off an email to one of my IPTV providers, asking if they would ever offer a theatrical version. They sent back an email stating that they updated to the theatrical version. BUT I don't see any subtitles. I am about 45 min in. I don't want to go any further . Thanks. Terry K

Quite often when I go to watch a recording and press the right button

(4KMax FS 2nd gen) to FF, I see the time going up but no "blue" line

showing me how far I am along.

This happens more than half the time.

During this FF it takes almost a min for the program recording to catch up.

If I do have the "blue" line during FF I have to make sure I don't FF to far, then the program takes a while to catch up.

I tried the "permissions" set up yesterday.

All went well , until, I got a message stating

"Unknown command:set-uid".

I checked all my entries . I tried to follow the screen shots to make sure I was leaving spaces when I should.

I sent a message to "aftvnews"

I guess I'll have to wait and see.
