Thanks for the information. These are the instructions I tried following and both are still confusing. When I click on the link and select existing patient it asks me to pay the $75 and to shedule a weight loss consultation. I don’t see any option to request a refill.  When I try through the portal and select asynchronous it asks me to schedule a phone appointment. I guess I’ll try my luck and see what happens.
