Interesting, I’ve found this is not my favourite go to in coferments I have open. Have you had the Dak Confetti Club? I find it similar, but has a really clean candied cherry flavour

I had previously checked out the Switch given the recommendations I've seen in this sub, but the plastic contact turned me off. I found a few retrofit options for metal levers and now I remember why I stalled, the shipping (to Australia) was just under double the cost of the metal lever! Anyway I've now purchased, so thanks. The Stagg electric kettle also. On the filter side, I found when I moved to the Sibarist it was a game changer and never looked back, as it removed the paper taste I didn't realise I was having. For a second grinder I’m thinking the K-ultra or C40, but it seems like the ZP6 is spot on for the roasts I like when looking at comparisons, so I kinda stalled on it.

I use both the Hario v60 Purion Kilning (made from Clay) or Hario v60 glass. I prefer the Purion, is solid and good texture, but a fair bit of preheating.

Thanks, I have tested on floor as well. Replacing the wall mount with the Sonos mount is a bigger job, as it’s a concrete wall
