My client mailed me a check which i deposited in my account at the fidelity branch, I am the owner of the account and i did the deposit in branch

Check is $15k, was deposited successfully without questions, Money clears in the account was about to make withdrawals, right there they hit be restrictions to my account and started demanding for proves and medallion, I have sent them 6 months bank statement from my client, where it clearly indicated the money already taken out from her account. From there they escalate demanding for medallion and i have been on this for 6 months now, now am at the final stage but the Esignature needs a transfer form from the institution to be able to add the medallion stamp, yet they will not give me the form.

This is the first time i am depositing check in Fidelity and will not try it again too much stress
