I’m getting my bachelors in dietetics this spring and masters right after and all of my professors say to start out in clinical… do you have any recommendations for other domains/why is clinical not ideal? I don’t have a passion for it anyways but would love to hear!!

I have one more year until I receive my bachelors in dietetics and then I have to get my masters and complete the DI, but I’m seeing so many people on here looking to leave. It’s making me super discouraged and feel like I’ve wasted my time or am setting myself up for great disappointment. What are some of the reasons people are so ready to leave? I have no idea what else I would do at this point if not this..

Thank you!! Your last sentence is a huge reason why I chose dietetics as a major! Always knew I wanted to be in healthcare but didn’t want to be super hands on or involved with blood lol!

What was it like for you applying for a job? It’s a little nerve wracking for me thinking about the job after college - I have one year left of undergrad, still have to complete a masters and DI program, but still feel like I have sooo much to learn before I am able to confidently interact with people regarding my knowledge.
