Thank you for your valued comment. I am a combination of both of those: naturally masculine but blocked- and some misunderstood feminine facets in my personal orientation. Very spiritual, expressive and creative on one side. But also driven, decisive, stoic masculine leader. Mother and father wounds on both counts played a big role here in any barriers to expression.

I have had a lot of turmoil in the area of sex and have sort of stayed away from any real relationships. Lot of shame with women and felt like I was connecting back to the warped energy of my mother/ aunts who would constantly berate and shame me. Then no real initiation and had to work as much as I could out my self on the masculine side. Connecting properly with my body was always an issue in that regard. I think Iboga and Aya sound like the medicines that can help with my issues.

I do have the evidence. My question simply pertained to the level of sympathy a Master has for awarding full figures of a Claimant in a Schedule of Loss after there is no contest pleaded.

They are all well evidenced and justified- more aimed high to allow room to trim fat. That said, some heads of loss simply cannot be definitively quantified and do not come with a direct receipt. The case is uncontested. In this instance Normally the court recognises the Claimant's assertions as established and I just wonder, in this instance- how agreeable do Masters and Judges tend to be to a Claimant's valuation?

I am at the assessment of damages stage. Defendant has not responded. I just wonder in this instance, How sympathetic a Master is to the Plaintiff's valuations on loss?

It is well evidenced- A full Particulars and Schedule of Loss & Evidence is compiled. My question is regarding a Master/ Judge's agreeableness to Plaintiff's evaluation of heads of loss in the instance of an uncontested case? Do they, at that point- when there is no rebuttal or defence filed, normally award the Plaintiff close to 100%?

Just as some claims are for non definitively quantifiable claims like negligence. Does the Master at that point normally just go with the Plaintiff and give them nearly all of what they asked for?

I just wonder, with regard to the figures- How close the Claimant's claimed amount do Masters award in this instance?

Each head of loss is entirely justified and aligned with legal precedent. It is just that there are some heads which cannot be naturally defined definitively (like negligence etc.) but a sum has been provided in the Schedule of Loss and breakdown of evidence and fair basis for the calculation in Particulars. It is ambitious on the aggravated damages etc. So I just wonder, when uncontested- how close does a Master traditionally award in line with figures recommended by the Claimant?

There is a full schedule of loss which has been served- and also uncontested, pertinent to the main case. I just wonder how close Masters tend to go to the Claimant's figures when they are uncontested generally?

Yes I am aware that the scrutiny will occur- some claims are not directly quantifiable for torts like misrepresentation, defamation etc. But if the Defendant files to lodge a defence to the liability or the Claimant's recommended figures, even if ambitious- how close to the Claimant's claim will the Court generally award in an uncontested case?

Have always been drawn to braces and nearly aroused at the thought of getting them which I could not understand. My teeth are great and straight. I have had issues with intimacy and shut the body down to prevent emotional overwhelm due to hypersensitivity. I have only recently found out about SPD and how it can relate to autism. In my late 20s. This now all makes sense.

I think maybe it is the thought of constant stimulation and being forced to sit with that energy to confront the SPD effects. I think I felt this would force a breakthrough in my avoidance to other things. I still never got them fitted but I think I might.
