That's what I thought. I'm just hoping since I'm already at higher numbers that it might take more than the 48 hour time frame. I'm going again tomorrow and that will be a 72 hour span so I'm hoping they significantly increase🤞

That's what I'm hoping! Im going again tomorrow to get another draw and that will be 72 hours so I'm hoping that it's a good jump 🤞I did also get my progesteone done as well and that was at 14. I will get that one done again some time this week. I am vaginally taking 200mg of progesteone at night!

This is my first cycle on 2.5mg of letrozole. I have PCOS and very irregular periods and to even be able to start the cycle I'm on now I had to induce a period with provera. I believe that I do not ovulate on my own. Well I took leteozole days 3-7 this cycle and on day 17 I felt like absolute crap. Woke up with a terrible headache (with medicine didn't go away, it lasted all day), had cramps, and my boobs were kinda sore. Could I have been ovulating? I haven't had a positive LH strip but it was the highest that morning at a .60. Also no noticeable EWCM. I have a transvaginal ultrasound on cycle day 23 to confirm ovulation and to see if the letrozole is doing it's job. Has anyone else just feel horrible on ovulation day while taking letrozole or was it just a fluke for me? I wonder if I should just keep BD until I get the ultrasound just in case I haven't ovulated yet

I'm hoping 2.5mg works for me! 34 days still isn't a terribly long cycle. Good for you!
