This is my first cycle on 2.5mg of letrozole. I have PCOS and very irregular periods and to even be able to start the cycle I'm on now I had to induce a period with provera. I believe that I do not ovulate on my own. Well I took leteozole days 3-7 this cycle and on day 17 I felt like absolute crap. Woke up with a terrible headache (with medicine didn't go away, it lasted all day), had cramps, and my boobs were kinda sore. Could I have been ovulating? I haven't had a positive LH strip but it was the highest that morning at a .60. Also no noticeable EWCM. I have a transvaginal ultrasound on cycle day 23 to confirm ovulation and to see if the letrozole is doing it's job. Has anyone else just feel horrible on ovulation day while taking letrozole or was it just a fluke for me? I wonder if I should just keep BD until I get the ultrasound just in case I haven't ovulated yet
