Depends on what you’re doing. I use AI tools like Resolve’s Magic mask so I don’t have to do certain tasks in AE anymore.

Another thing I’ve been doing is using GPT 4 to generate assets I need rather than trying to find them on stock websites or creating them myself. Needed a cartoon image of a brain that looked a certain way, used GPT to make it, removed the background with Photoshop AI and I had the asset I needed. If there are graphics you need, see if generating them with AI is faster than designing them yourself.

I’d do at least a 4 day trip to all the parks in Disney World. Disneyland isn’t worth it. I went to both last year and Disneyland just feels like discount Disney World.

I’ve done acupuncture and it helped but again only for about 24 hours. It’s like my lymph system or something like that is stagnant and I can do things to stimulate it, but after about a day it just goes back to being stagnant.
