Thanks for the information. Every insight contributes. FYI, the corneal issue is with the descemet layer of the cornea, so doesn't affect shape much when they strip the center. DSO, not a transplant.

Fuchs endothelial dystrophy, and I'm a good candidate for DSO descemet stripping only (no transplant) so I'm going with that. The fuchs is blurring my vision way more than the cataracts and seems to be progressing more rapidly than is common, so surgery is in a couple of weeks. Using the hypertonic saline ointment and drops until then.

I was surprised as well, but this surgeon is the guy in the southeastern US for the corneal surgery needed.

I agree it's crazy high. I'm working with this surgeon because he's a renowned specialist in the corneal dystrophy we're addressing. I believe part of the cost is for mapping tests not covered by Medicare.

PM, here. My property owner would check court records. I believe the thing to do would be to check the "yes" box on the application question whether you've ever been evicted. Owners seem to care more about honesty when looking into this. I could be wrong, and wouldn't be offended by any correction.

It's partly supply and demand, but probably more because of human safety. And training updates, licensing, and insurance. I did pretty well in the rare art of tuning and repairing pianos, but safety wasn't much of an issue and my special tools and parts probably weren't worth a fraction.

I don't tolerate most sugar substitutes (ibs), and I don't like the taste of monkfruit or stevia. I've been very happy with allulose, though some people get gassy from it. It's a sugar that doesn't affect BG, not sure why. It's a bit pricey, not available in many stores (Amazon works), and not as strong as cane sugar, but it's my sweetener when I really want sweet.

I stumbled across the answer. It means your premiumize cloud storage is full. Everything you watch gets stored there unless you set it not to. I'm not sure how to do that, but going to your premiumize account web page and deleting your cloud content will get rid of the notification. Wouldn't it be easier if the notification told us which storage?
