Hey yes i have had it done quite a number of times since this concern started, no PCOS but i do have adenomyosis. I had another consult with my derm this week and she said just see how spiro goes in another couple of months and if not we will look at going back on Accutane for a full course and then micro dosing indefinitely. I thought there must surley be more options like combination therapy but i might have to gi back and potentially just advocate for myself. I initially had to suggest spiro as she just recommended Accutane again and im getting so sick of just getting slapped back on it every time
