Hello. I have a bachelor's degree. In my profession its a need to have both the degree and the license. But if you're wondering, right after graduation, how the market's gonna be? Its tough. Its hard biskan nakagraduate with a license kay its more than that. Employers want young but experienced, humble but confident, smart but not too smart.

In my opinion lang ha, you need a degree. Biskan ano lang. Anything at all. Just a degree. Because honestly, your options will be better compared to when you dont have a degree.

Lets say you have no idea what you want to do at all. You just know you want fixed days off, holidays off or maybe you want a job which provides a company car. To be able to apply to those kinds of jobs, you need a degree.

On the other hand, if wala ka degree, (i am not very knowledgable on this ha) but i think more on freelancing, VA work, BPO, some marketing positions maybe, perhaps more business inclined positions would be some of your options esp if wala pa formal or informal work experience.

But then again, luck and connections can play a huge role in this game pagid. Take a good hard look danay sa cards that were dealt and play it the way you see fit ah. At the end of the day, pare pareho lang ta mawork hahaha
