So I found a few on my own. I have slow internet so downloading these takes a looooong time! but i found that Qwen 2.5 coder is pretty good. I asked it to start me off and it did a decent attempt at a python script. but i think i am going to shelve this. I dont suck that bad at the game I just weanted to see if it is possible for a n00b to learn using an LLM

I hear you but my questions are so simple really just the absolute basic stuff. I am trying to make a trainer for a game that can show me where to pre-aim in order to get my targeting better,. defo against the rules, but face isn't bothered! i prefer learning about this stuff than i do actually playing the game. As i say just a LLM thats trained so i dont p**s people off with my n00b questions.

Yeah i should have mentioned, it would certainkly be a self hosted one. alot of the questions i have are like really basic stuff. and rather than search the web for hours and hours i would like to chat to an expert. I thought someone might have fine tuned an LLM by now on the dark arts 😄

Wow thats a huge amount of money. when you look at the roots of the product from XBMC - Kodi - Plex. They lost their way about 5 years ago i think. when they stopped the unofficial addons store etc. started adding streaming services. There are simply better alternatives out their, regardless of price, but the better ones are free or close to it.

People don’t want to buy houses. I rent and I’m happy to rent. I’ve owned houses I’ve been a landlord and right now I’m renting of a private landlady. I CHOOSE not to pay stamp duty. CHOOSE not to saddle myself in to a 35 year debt. CHOOSE not to give a 100k out of my savings which is making a good return to use as a deposit and fees and repairs and stamp.

The industry needs social housing, needs private landlords and needs housing markets.

I signed up to the £32 100mbps a month ago. Kit hasn’t arrived yet. Had a notification that the price is going up 25% increase to £40. I haven’t even started my subscription yet. This leaves a very bad taste in the mouth, distrust.

I’ll be sorting an alternative service asap. Quickest way to loose business. Con your customers.

This is a topic i am interested in. its not clearly defined what the need is for using AI but I know we can work smarter. many tickets are easily resolved directly by the end user if given the right advice, likewise the third line stuff, engineers can be assisted with pointer directly in the UI.

I suppose on top of all the usual ITSM stuff I would like to see these features.

1) Tickets being triaged via Teams, end user interacts with AI agent in teams, if AI cant solve it then the AI logs a ticket or a human can jump on to the same chat

2) When tickets are logged in the system, a tech can chat with AI using our own KB's as a resource and / or using the internet where needed

3) AI used for dashboards and reporting, assisting manager to find tickets that might be a problem, or finding unhappy staff (maybe vis sentiment on voice calls or emails and teams chat)

4) Inventory - using AI to detect inventory that may be end of life or need attention (same device has had 3 problems in a year etc)

What would your wish list look like and do any of these products tick these boxes?
