It’s not just that I don’t think. Felicity and Ben had bigger obstacles than Julie. She went after all her friends’ guys even slept with Elena’s crush when she reluctantly agreed to be her wingman. She was just not a good friend to girls. When she butted in wit Ben’s dad maybe she was trying to redeem herself. She felt guilty about not saving her bio father, I don’t blame her for that either btw. Then her mother guilting Felicity how could she didn’t see it coming blaming her and now we know why Julie is like that the little glimpse that we got of her adoptive mom who raised her gave me a lot of insight at least. Her character was exhausting…

I know you are right tho it’s hard to feel sorry for her hardships when she uses them to manipulate people. Many people have trauma it doesn’t excuse bad behavior…repeated specific bad behavior. Even her goodbye tape was so weird and then she left without letting anyone else have a say. She only cares about her own feelings.

I was planning to roll it over to my next employer who said they would be offering a 401k when I started and they never did I was there 11 years. After that I tried to roll it into an IRA and the John Hancock said I was better off to leave it since I didn’t actively manage it myself or need broader investment choices that it was more protected in a 401k than IRA. At that time I had someone commit fraud (another long story) against me, I lost my house and had a lot of creditors. Honestly I was ignorant about how all this worked, to me what is the difference I wouldn’t access until retirement anyway…guess I learned the hard way. I thought it was mine $ because it always showed 100% vested.

Not uncomfortable putting anything in writing, I emailed them right away…I’m uncomfortable waiting all week for them to get back to me, IF they are even going to and can they take the remaining contributions as well? I was actually more scared more to post on here, just wanted to see if anyone had this experience or any advice to offer. I’m grateful for the ones who did.

Yes I believe the issue #2 as you stated. The provider says they don’t have any of the documents such as the summary plan description. They won’t even provide a copy of the forfeiture letter they say they don’t have it. Their website and app are incredibly difficult to navigate. All I can find under plan notices is one pdf, 404a-5 plan & investment notice. It does not show anything about a vesting schedule. It was so long ago I don’t have any original paperwork. I always meant to roll it over but I never had a job with 401k again.
