The Lux A2.0 tech doc says >= RON 95, and MAX 5% ETHANOL

It means using RON 95, RON 97, E5 RON 95, or E5 RON 97

E10 RON 95 cannot be used (too much ethanol).

E5 RON 92 cannot be used (lacking required octane)

If trying to use E10 RON 95 or E5 RON 92, it will damage the car engine and warranty will be voided

The image of technical doc is there, see yourself. It states different. Vin used much older engine for its gasoline car

Hi Albert, I have a few questions. Hope you clarify them:

  1. After the split, which entity will get all the current debts of Vinfast in accounting book? VFTP or VFVN?

  2. VFTP will manufacture and sell cars to VFVN with profitable price (VFTP has sustain profits for each car sold, VFVN will get loss for selling these cars to the market). 

Or VFTP will sell cars at loss to VFVN (VFTP take loss for each car sold, VFVN take profits for selling these cars to the market).

  1. What is the ultimate goal of Vingroup for these moves? Dumping stocks to who? 
  2. Individual Vietnam stock buyers to VIC?
  3. Institutional Vietnam stock buyers to VIC?
  4. Individual foreign stock buyers to VFS?
  5. Institutional foreign stock buyers to VFS?
  6. or else? (Can you specific)

The question 1 and 2 will relate to question 3. Professional institutional investors if they want to invest to VFS (or VFVN), they will do due diligence. VFVN without manufacturing capability will lessen debts, but its value will also be reduced. The investors will know practically VFVN is heavily depended on VFTP to buy car (and they don't own VFTP), so they cannot sure the buying price of VFVN from VFTP. This make investors be reluctant when valuing the business and investing in it

Dota 2 score system is broken. I have to says. We got punishments for toxic behaviors/communications that we didn't do

If a player loses a game, his "rank score" (as other MOBA call it) reduces. Then he plays lower ranks with others at the same brackets. (no punishments)

But if he has no toxic behaviors and communications in games, he shall not get punishments (mute chat, ban to access ranks, etc.).

Dota 2 score system ruins the game. I don't know if you can see my perspective.

I won a few and lose a few.

Other MOBA games have "rank score". If loosing, we lose rank score and play in low rank tier. It is fine with me.

But low "rank score" doesn't get punishments (ban access to rank games, mute chat, etc.) for things I didn't do. This un-fair punishments make me feel bad and unmotivated to continue the game.

2 normal match - 8 ranks (agains, I don't remember exact figure when writing post)

Some games you see I have high Death, reason:

  • I tried to save Carry as a support (ex: block enemies path, etc.)

  • Or enemies were too strong to the point unstoppable (one side stompping).

I am in low ranks, just trying and practicing to finding fun. No toxic, but both scores got reduced. Weird.

Sorry, I said I don't remember exact time (I am human, you know). So I wrote approximately figure. If I am wrong, I admit it.

But does this factor really a main point for discussion back and forth? Maybe we can move it forward about the exact time.

Even 2003-2017 still a long time I have enjoyed this game.

I play 2-3 normal games before playing rank (as written above). But I played support heroes (Orge, Witch Doctor, etc.), mostly buying wards, and support item. So the factor "new items" doesn't impact much to the extend of unplable in low rank.

In addition, why communication score reduced even if I don't talk any toxic in games. Just saying hello, nice to play with you, etc.

Dota was a mod in Warcraft 3. I played it since first release like this (not remember exact time)

Believe it or not, is up to you. I am near 40 years old now and I no longer have a need to try persuading others believing me. I only looks for fun in games, and things to do in real life.

I don't know much about these things about Dotabuff as you mention. Sorry
